TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE Reference is made to a certain trust deed (Trust Deed) made, executed and delivered by Cristobal G. Solis, as grantor, to Fidelity National Title Insurance Co., as trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for Countrywide Homes Loans, Inc., a corporation, as beneficiary, dated May 3, 2006, and recorded on July 17, 2006, as Recording No. 2006-004338, in the Official Records of Jefferson County, Oregon. Thereafter, by a series of assignments, the beneficial interest in said deed of trust was transferred to Homecoming Property, LLC by assignment recorded on January 17, 2017 as Recording No. 2017-0149. The Trust Deed covers the following described real property (Property) situated in said county and state, to-wit: Lot 16 of JUNIPER CREST PHASE III, Recorded May 4, 1995, in the office of the Recorder of Jefferson County, Oregon. which is commonly known as 1153 SW Kenwood Dr, Madras, OR 97741.
